Four appropriate categories of products for Go Green Baby:

Customer Personas: Parents who are pregnant or who have babies/toddlers and who are looking for quality and ecologically sustainable products. People who care about the environment, care about generating less waste and contributing to a better Planet.
The company has a fair amount of Instagram followers (3,200) but does not post content regularly. Posted content gets a few likes, but almost no comments or feedback from customers. The same happens on Facebook: it has a considerable number of followers (7,500), but infrequent posts and with practically no feedback from consumers. On Facebook there are no reviews made by Go Green Baby customers.
On Google Go Green Baby has a few customer feedbacks (25), but with a positive review (4,8 out of 5,0 stars). People in general praise the store a lot, both the service and the environment and the quality of the products.
